Provided with rental:
• Canoe and two tubes when weather conditions permit; security deposit required
• Gallon of bottled water with access to refill
• Firewood for sale onsite (to protect our forest, do not bring wood from
outside the county)
• Fire pit and small hibachi cooking (bring charcoal)
• Portapotty facilities onsite with private hot showers/ bathrooms at base camp.
• Block ice upon advance request with cooler
• Parking at tree house during dry or light rain conditions
• Trails in the George Washington National Forest for hiking

Fees below are for two people. Additional guests pitch tents or bring pop-ups in
the private camping area of the tree house on the river.
Sanctuary Tree House with Canoe and River Tubes

2 night minimum rental for 1 or 2 guests:
Weekends: $225 Midweeks: $195 (Sunday – Thursday)
additional nights: $90
Seven night rental: $590 (Save $85)

Additional Camping Fees:
$40/ night for each tent (includes two adult campers)
Additional campers $20/night.
No charge for up to 3 children, 7 and under
