Basics

Directly on the Chincoteague Bay, 6 miles across from the Assateague National Seashore, and beside a sandy beach, a public boat landing, and on 100 miles of Worcester County biking trails, six miles east of quaint Snow Hill town center with excellent art galleries, library, movie rental shop, and the Palette Restaurant.

Rates
· April – May 27; September 7 – October, 2010:
Weekend: $395; 7 night week $1200; extra nights: $160.
Master Card, Visa, traveler’s checks accepted.
Up to 4 adults. Sorry but with water all around, we request no children and do not allow pets. Ask about babies.

· May 28 - September 6, 2010
Weekend/ two night stay: $495; 7 night week $1500; extra nights: $195.

Details
No smoking is allowed indoors
Check-in at 3 pm; check-out by 11 am
Cleaning deposit returned after cottage vacated clean
Advance deposit is required for reservations. Full payment required before arrival. For deposit to be returned, cancellations must be made at least three weeks prior to scheduled visit, four weeks Memorial Day through Labor Day. Cancellation fee of $35 additional.
