Misty River is a 3-bedroom rustic river retreat available year-round with free Wireless Internet access and a 47-inch wall-mounted flat screen TV. Located at Shenandoah River bend with beautiful 2-mile views up and down river and of the Blue Ridge and Massanutten mountains.

About the cabin:
· “Garage” game room: table tennis, card table, extra refrigerator, canoe, six river tubes, adult life jackets, fishing poles, two adult     beach cruiser bicycles.
· glass-walled master bedroom with private half bath and deck
· 2 fireplaces (one on screened river front porch with hot tub).
· Direct TV with premium movie and sports channels, major networks - YES, sports fans!
· DVD/VCR players (bring your own movies or rent in town),
· local phone service with FREE Wireless Internet
· air conditioning/ electric heat,
· microwave, dishwasher, fully furnished kitchen
· firewood
· 2 person shower in second bathroom
· sleeps 6 in queen size beds in 3 bedrooms
· Linens up to two beds included; more can be requested.
· non-smoking cabin
· short walk to Habron Gap Trail leading to Massanutten Mountain top in George Washington National Forest.
· additional canoes available for rent
· check in after 3 PM; check out 11 AM.
· We leave the lights on for arrivals after dark.

Season Rates for up to 4 adults:
2 night minimum requested; 3-night minimum holiday weekends

Low Season: after Thanksgiving weekend - Christmas weekend; after New Year’s weekend - Easter, excluding Holiday Weekends $195 / night

In Season: May - June, September, November, holidays excepted;
$250 night, up to 4 adults; 3rd + night/s @ $195

High Season: July and August, holidays, October
$275 night, up to 4 adults; 3rd + night/s @ $195

For all: additional adults @ $25 / night;
13 – 16 years old @ $15/ night;

Children under 12 free up to number of paying adults
7 Nights / 8 Days: $1100 (off-season) - $1,525 (in-season) up to 4

Lower rate structure and midweek specials of 3 nights for 2 nights in- season prices except for
Memorial Day through mid-November and holiday weeks.
Active and Career Retired Military and Seniors over 60 discounts available.
