Firefighters and communities needing a fire truck pumper!

We have a Maxim fire truck we want to donate or sell so that it can continue to help a community protect itself.
If you are a 501c3, we are happy to donate this fully operational, in good condition 1970 Maxim 500 gallon pumper to your fire house.

If you are not capable of receiving a donation, we are happy to offer you a more than fair price.

We originally bought this truck to provide extra fire protection to our rural community but we learned we needed trained fire fighters to become a brigade with our local and EXCELLENT, we might add, volunteer fire department. Our neighbors are not able to become qualified fire fighters. Now we want it to go to work where it will be of service.

Before we bought it, it had spent its entire career at the Richmond International Airport in Virginia and has only made its one trip here. At the Airport, it faithfully served as part of its fire protection, driven only on tarmac and kept housed. It has less than 70,000 miles. Yes, it works and has received a nice appraisal of value from our local fire chief and assistants.
