For those who need more space in the Lodge, here are three additional
bedrooms, and the fireplace in the living room with outside entrance to the
patio under the deck and the area where an outside fire can be built
overlooking the river. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also
available on this level.

This optional first level rental brings the total of sleeping beds to
accommodate 17. Upon request, additional single mattresses are available.
There are two interior access doors to this level, one into the Game Room
and one down a set of stairs at the front door.

The Captain's Lodge is only rented to one group at a time, whether they use
just the upper level and the game room or they choose this first level as
well.
